About Me
Welcome to At Ease Business Solutions, Inc.! I’m Angel Adkins, the proud owner of this company. With a passion for early childhood education, I have dedicated over 23 years of my life to working in this field. Throughout my journey, I have experienced every position within childcare and preschool, which has shaped me into a valuable resource for educators and childcare providers.
One of my areas of expertise lies in providing essential training to create safe and nurturing environments for children. I offer a range of DCDEE-approved training that equip educators and childcare providers with the necessary skills and knowledge to prioritize the well-being of children across different age groups. These training include ITS-SIDS (Infant Toddler Safe Sleep and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), CPR & First Aid, Playground Safety, Creating a Safe Space for Children, Lesson Planning, BSAC (Basic School Age Care), Professionalism in Childcare, and Classroom Management.
In addition to training services, I also offer comprehensive administrative support to childcare centers. I aid with end-of-the-month reporting, such as attendance and Food Programs just to name a few.

As a level 3 Administrator, I can step in to assist with day-to-day operations, allowing you to take a vacation or focus on the recruitment and training of a new Director. I have the expertise to handle various tasks and ensure the smooth running of your center.

- Administration: This includes weekly attendance management, monthly submission of necessary forms, completion of Add Teacher forms, and handling paperwork.
- Staff File Check: I can review your staff files to ensure they meet state requirements.
- Staff Training/Meeting: I offer training sessions and meetings for your staff members.
- Star Rating Preparation: I can assist you in preparing for star rating evaluations. This service includes classroom observations, evaluation of staff education, recommendations, and staff training.
- Center Inspections: I conduct thorough walk-throughs of your center to identify any violations before they are flagged by the state, health department, or fire department. I also provide on-the-spot assistance to help your staff correct any violations. At the end of the inspection, I provide a printed report of all findings for the Owner/Manager.
- Child File Check: I offer file checks for child records.
